It is an exceptional MTB adventure inspired by the Grande Traversée des Hautes-Alpes (Great Hautes-Alpes Crossing, 350 kilometers of trails from La Grave to Laragne).
THE RACE / Marathon stage race, solo (news for 2020) or pair racing (historical race), or MTB ride without ranking, you can choose your formula. 1 Prologue + 5 stages with 50-70km per day. This event truly is EPIC: point to point riding over a week, requiring all the strength and bike handling skills a rider has, with everything else taken care of by the ALPS EPIC team: food, accommodation and race logistics…
THE RIDE / You want enjoy Alps Epic route and logistic, without chrono, solo or with an electric bike ? The Ride formulas are for you ! You can choose to ride 2 or 5 day, and ride The Race route or a shorter route.

4pm/ Turin airport. Shutlle to Briançon Serre-Chevalier. Only for black packages.
5pm/ Oulx TGV Railway station. Shutlle to Briançon Serre-Chevalier. Only for black packages.
Evening / Shutlle from Briançon SNCF Railway station for blue and black packages.
5pm to 7pm/ Racers welcome and check-in

Morning : welcome of racers in Hautes-Alpes at Serre-Chevalier / Shuttle from Briançon SNCF Railway station for blue and black packages.
7am to 11am / Racers welcome and check-in
From 8am : bike in the bike park. For the racers with a car, drop the car at Arvieux (finish line, only the driver)
From 9am : welcome in the accomodation.
10am / Shuttle from Arvieux to Serre-Chevalier (1h30 to go by car, 2h back by bus)
12:30pm / Opening ceremony, lunch and race briefing
3:30pm / grid layout of start for the prologue
4pm / start of the prologue Alps Epic The Race Marathon / Week-end Race / Enduro
The Ride racers can also ride prologue after the last rider of the Race
